• Background noise, radio interference, overlapping voices, and technical jargon can affect transcription quality
• Transcripts are provided "as-is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose
• Do not rely solely on transcriptions for critical decisions, emergency response, or legal matters

• No Account Required: Version 1.0 does not require user registration, account creation, or login credentials
• Data Access & Deletion: Since we only collect anonymized technical data that is automatically deleted after 4 weeks, individual data access or deletion rights do not apply
• Opt-Out: You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the app. Previously collected technical data will be automatically deleted according to our 4-week retention schedule
• Location Tracking: We do not access, collect, or track your location at any time
• Do Not Track: Our app does not respond to Do Not Track signals as we do not track users across websites or apps

California Residents (CCPA): We do not collect "personal information" as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, so CCPA data subject rights do not apply to Version 1.0 of this app.
